Research Datasets
The Climate Policy Atlas provides detailed time-series data on climate and energy policy, for the time frame 2000-2024. In the present version, we provide detailed data on renewable electricity support instruments for all EU countries and the UK; electric car support instruments for France, Germany, Ireland and Greece; and targets for renewable electricity, energy and emissions (for target years 2020-2050). The data will be continuously expanded within the NFDI4Energy project and in collaboration with other data collection efforts. We host these datasets on Zenodo, making them easy to find, check, and use for research by anyone interested. As the data is updated, Zenodo also allows for clear version control. You can download the data either in its entirety here. Further information about our data gathering process and definitions are available on Zenodo with the respective datasets. The data is to the best of our knowledge correct, but we do not assume any responsibility for any remaining data errors or publication mistakes. Should you find errors or have data to fill gaps, please contact climatepolicyatlas@nfdi4energy.org.
